These terms govern your use of Daily Whisk, available at app.dailywhisk.app and dailywhisk.app. By using Daily Whisk, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Daily Whisk, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review them with you.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Daily Whisk uses your account to save progress, preferences, points, and companion settings.

3. Subscriptions & Access

Daily Whisk may offer free and paid features. Premium access controls pathway content and related learning experiences. Subscription details, billing, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Daily Whisk for personal learning. Do not misuse the app, scrape content, interfere with service security, or use the product for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

Daily Whisk content, lessons, images, companion characters, interface designs, and related materials belong to Daily Whisk or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Daily Whisk is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board or ACT, Inc. SAT is a trademark of the College Board. ACT is a trademark of ACT, Inc.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Daily Whisk after changes means you accept the updated terms.
